C-Class Blades Not Showing in Rack View in SIM 5.1
I have added the latest PSP to my new C-Class blades 685 and 465, but they do not show in the Rack view in SIM. I also see that I cannot install the Rack Interface service on the blades as it says the required software or hardware is not installed.
Anybody else having this problem? If so, how did you get around it?
All SNMP settings are correct, etc.
Thanks,
Jim

Re: C-Class Blades Not Showing in Rack View in SIM 5.1
You are not alone.....
I'm having the same symptoms with 460 series servers. I can see them in Onboard Administrator but some of them are strangely absent in SIM. I have tried the latest ILO firmware with no joy. Next step is to try the latest Blade Enclosure Frimware (we're currently on 1.01). I'll let you know results if I get them before you do.

Re: C-Class Blades Not Showing in Rack View in SIM 5.1
I was having the same issue. I tried calling HP, but I kept getting bounced around, because they didn't know whose issue it was.
Anyway. I got SIM to recognize the blades, by giving the ILO an IP address. Once I did that it showed up, in the encloser.
