Solution-Open a Suystems Management Homepage (SMH)
-Select Performance, Processors
-Move the sliders to the required thresholds
-Click 'Save Thresholds'.
If the sliders do show up but you are unable to do this, verify:
-if you are using the correct version of JAVA (if in doubt, install the latest version on your Management Console).
-if the Managed Systems' SNMP Security-settings allow for a READ-WRITE community.
To replicate the same settings to other servers, open your HPSIM Console:
-Select Configure, Replicate Agent Settings
-Select Target Systems (where the settings will be replicated to)
-Next
-Select source system (the system you've just configured)
-Next
-Expand 'HP Foundation Agent', 'Threshold Settings', 'Threshold Properties'.
-Select the Thresholds that must be replicated.
-Schedule or Run Now.

Re: CPU Load
After that, you'll have to pay for PMP licenses.
Guessing you have installed everything during the HPSIM installation, activate PMP:
-Select Options, Performance Management Pack Options, Configuration
-Select the required servers
-Select Apply
-Wait for about 15-30 minutes before any Performance statistics have been gathered.
