Can SIM 5.x and WhatsUp Gold V11.0.2 by IPSwitch co-exist on a server?

Can SIM 5.x and WhatsUp Gold V11.0.2 by IPSwitch co-exist on a server? If not, why? If so, are there any gotchas or special configurations to look out for?

I am concerned that they both rely on SNMP and therefore they may intercept traps destined for the other application.
