That was it. I had to open up "Edit System Prperties" and modify the "pruduct Number" field.

It's great that this workaround fixed the issue...but why isn't HPSIM picking up this information? G2's and G4's work, but G3's don't???

Any news when HP is going to correct this issue?

I also noticed that the ML 370 G2 and G3 have the same issue.
