Cannot Register HP SIM

Hi there,

This is now my last resort for a very simple request.

Hp Australia can seem to help me with this and the emails I have sent to various areas within HP have gone unseem (or so it seems).

We are trying to register HP Systems Insight Manager, but no matter what we do, we fill out all the details, click submit and get a response of "Unable to process your request".

Can someone please help me register this product!

I should add that we have tried this on our corporate LAN/WAN (proxy and no proxy), through a public ISP and with multiple machines.

All return the same frustrating messaqge.
