Change settings of ILO through HP SIM

I want to know weather we can change any settings or configuration of ILO through HP SIM or not.

If yes then how?

through HP SIM directly no as i know

What type of enviroment you have - blades or rack servers ?

If blades you can run something like this on OA level

NO, we can not change  ILO power setting through HP SIM.
