Change user/pass after restoring DB from another host
Hi,
I have a database from live environment, which I have successfully imported into lab environment but I don't have the username/password from the live (or say I don't want the admin to reveal it to me). Now how do I create a new user into SIM to log in?
I tried to reset the password with mxpassword -g but after that I can't start SIM, now I have re-imported the DB and able to see the login screen. What's next?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Change user/pass after restoring DB from another host
The users are set up within HPSIM, so I'd guess details of these are in the database.
If the lab replicates your domain ask the owner an UserID that has Admin rights in the real HPSIM. Then you should just be able to create a that user in the lab domain and give it a password you want.
