Changing the IP address of the HPSIM Server

Can this be done with out breaking SIM? Are there places in SIM that it will need to be changed too?

I think there is a white paper available from HP on this - I will search around and see if I can track it down.

But I believe, if memory serves me correctly, everything should be OK if you are only changing the IP address. Just be sure update DNS. If you are not changing the server name, then the IP address change should be OK.

I recently changed the ip adress our hpsim server without any problems. Just be sure to update the dns..
