Checking that HP-SIM is functioning
I am looking for a way to periodically check that SIM/Insight Remote Support Advanced functions are still working and HP will get a message when a hardware problem occurs.
I underestand that HP-SIM will notify me when a system is not reachable, but are there any scripts that can be run to check that the systems are still communicating to HP-SIM?
Any Ideas?

Once it's in production it's all bugs after that.

Re: Checking that HP-SIM is functioning
Probably needs to be in the ISEE / Remote Support Section.
If RSM hasn't connected to HP for (IIRC 3 days) then I get an e-mail.
Not sure if that can be changed.
Been a while since I got one so not sure what generated the e-mail.
