Client Monitor

I'm using SIM 5.2 to monitor several server. NOw It's all ok. While discovering I found I can add also clients.. So I added some DC7700 and they were perfect discovered (Model, Sn ...). Now I've tried to add some DC5750 but they are added like Unmanaged.. I've to installa something on desktops? I'm pretty sure I've installed nothing on DC7700 ...

Desktop management in SIM is enabled by WBEM, so make sure that WBEM protocal is enabled in the global protocol settings and enter the appropriate credentials using which SIM can talk to your DC5750 clients and collect info.
