Cluster Monitor, SIM, SNMP Mucho Unhappy

Background
----------
1. Brand new SIM installation (v6.1).
2. Trying to get cluster monitor working.
3. Clustering Information in the Active Agent list on the cluster nodes.
4. SNMP access allowed.

I get the dreaded "unable to retrieve the Microsoft Cluster Service data" dialog box when I look at the cluster in SIM.

Now here's the twist: When I do an snmpwalk of the cluster IP, the SNMP response comes from the physical node and NOT the cluster IP. Does anyone know how to change this behavior?
