Today one of our SIM servers can't download contract and warranty information from hp.com. The scheduled task that ran at 5am BST failed and since then it has been impossible for me to download contract information. After checking, I noticed that SIM was unable to connect to https://isee-services.austin.hp.com/ with IP 15.216.12.255; I tried from another server and it doesn't work as well. Is that website simply down? Am I the only one experiencing this problem?
I tried to call HP directly but not having a software support contract, I was unable to speak to anyone "helpful".
Any help would be appreciated.
