CopyReadHits Degraded (19003)

Ever since upgrading to any 8.x of PSP on DL360, and 365 servers, we are getting CopyReadHits Degraded (19003) SNMP alerts at random times during the day. How do you change the threshold, or disable this alert altogeter? If you back down to 7.91, the alerts go away.
