Could not load SNMP Trap generating utility

Hello,

i'm trying to test whether my server can send traps to the SIM server. but when i run a test, there always comes up this message: "Could not load SNMP Trap generating utility"... do you know any solution for this?

the server is a hp proliant ml storage server, and i'm also very sursprised that it doesn't get recognized by the SIM automatically. SMTP is set to public access and no IP limiation, the destination for traps is set to the IP of my SIM server.
