CyberArk application server cannot report back to HPSIM
Dear HPSIM Guru,
I have this specify application host firewall that cannot be managed by HPSIM Server? Is there any specify port that I need to open?
CyberArk, is a password vault application. The firewall is CyberArk's own app firewall
The following port has been open and it does no report back to HPSIM . If the application firewall is disabed, it can report back.
What could be the possible reasoN for this.
The following ports are sniffed and found packets to be dropped. As such after enabling all the ports below, there is no dropped packet and the HP Server still cannot report back to HPSIM.
What is the possible root cause on this?

SIM uses 50000-500016, apart from this
WBEM: 5989/5988
DB port: 1572 for oracle, 1433 for SQL etc..
