D2D Backup systems
Hi all!
I have a customer who recently purchased two HP D2D4312 Backup Systems .
I have successfully configured them and had them discovered in HP SIM.
Unfortunately, I cannot detect them in HP Backend.
Does anyone knows what are the steps after discoverying the systems in HP SIM?
Is it possible to send a test event from these backup systems or anything in order to make them appear in the backend?
Thank you in advance.
Stanislav

Re: D2D Backup systems
hi, i have a similar problem. I have a D2D StoreOnce B6200. HPSIM discovered it successfully but WEBES (SEA) did not have any registered managed entity for it. I tried to create an entity without any effect. The protocols was correctly discovered.
Thanks in advance for any suggestion
