DB connections Error - java.sql.SQLException: Error

We are having intermittent connection issues where we lose the console to SIM and we see these errors on the management server. Our config consists of the DB being remote from the management server. The following error occurs when we review the event log. Anyone ever see this? Any suggestions?

Lost connection to database. java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Communication link failure

Have the same exact problem (suddenly).

Our config has the databases for each SIM Management server on a separate SQL DB server (we have 3 SIM management servers pointing to it).

Anyway, we had a network problem that occassionally interrupted the connection between the MSs and the Repositories. So we would get these error messages.
