Database Integrity Tool

All, I have lost the variable system name when creating system lists, and all the details from existing lists dont appear when customising. The database is held in a separare SQL server, does anyone know of any tools to run incase its a quick fix on the database?

Re: Database Integrity Tool

Try looking at the CLI command mxconfigrepo (in the help).

mxconfigrepo -f checks the db for corruption

Re: Database Integrity Tool

Darrin,

How does that check for corruption when the SQL database resides an another server, can you explain the process.

Re: Database Integrity Tool

It doesn't matter where the db is located. SIM has a connection to its database regardless of location. That command checks for data integrity within the SIM tables itself.

Ok, thanks, this doesn't help me then, cause I have laredy run this tool, although it did pick up a few things and fix, it didn't fix the problem with me not being able to add and edit systems lists.
