Device unreachable false notice in HP SIM 6.2

Device unreachable false notice in HP SIM 6.2

After the customer upgraded HP SIM 6.0 to 6.2 he regularly revceives false messages "Device unreachable". When he pings the server or tries to log on the server works fine.
Any idea what setting he needs to changeN

Hi,
Check whether your nodes are located on congested network so the SIM try to check them multiple times and fail, that's may be the reason for the false alarams.

You may encrease the number of retries and timeout for those nodes and check if you still receive the errors or not.
