Disable SIM -> SE Discovery

Is it possible to dissable automatic SE discovery of nodes that is discovered by SIM ?

Automatic discovery can be disabled. In SIMS, go to Options, Discovery. On the Automatic page, make sure that System Automatic Discovery is checked, then select Edit. YOu can make your changes there.

Yes, this controles the SIM discovery.
But what if I want to do scheduled SIM discovery.... but not want that the SIM Plugin Storage Essentials (SE) automaticaly takes the SIM discovery data as SE discovery input

??

If the number of nodes already discovered is not *too* big you might exclude their IP addresses.

Normally the SIM discovery is done by IP range pinging. You can choose
15.15.15.1 - 15.15.15.14
15.15.15.16 - 15.15.15.255
if you don't want .15 to be discovered.

If I misunderstood you, please explain what exactly is SE discovery
