E-Mail Notification

How do I configure my HP Proliant ML350 G4 to send me e-mail notification in case of any hardware failure or near failure?

Hi

If yiou have an HP SIM server installed then you can cerate a task to recieve e-mail whenever something goes wrong on your ML server.

If you don't have any HP SIM server running, installing the Innsight Agents (coming along with the PSP) will provide an embedded solution : start / all programs / HP Management Agents / Event Notifyer Configuration. It will popoup an small application to be configured. This application is sending e-mails on specific events that you can choose.
