ESX 3 Blade not added as Virtual Machine Host

I have installed HP Agents 7.5.1a on a blade running ESX 3. The server has been added to SIM, and all looks OK.

However, it has not added the server to the "All Virtual Machine Hosts" section under Systems. Should this not happen automatically ? It seems to add this automatically for ESX running on other HP hardware

Try with version 7.60 of the agents, I don't believe 7.50 supports ESX 3.

According to the HP site, 7.5.1a is supported on ESX 3, it's probably worth trying the new agents though, I will do this and get back to you,
