Can you see if the subscription is created at the server using the WMI tools as shown below?

On the server with the HP WBEM providor installed, there must be a WMI namespace of root\cim_v2\hpq otherwsie they are not installed properly.

Can you send me the output of this command please ?
- mxwbemsub -l -n servername
when run from the CMS?? Also, can you check what port the WMIMapper is running on and that both Pegasus Services are running?
