Email Issue

We have set up an instance of Systems Insight Manager that needs to send events to our instance of Service Desk via email. When the emials are sent outbound the subject line is automatically popopulated with the server name and in our test case Generic Trap. We need to have the word NEW be the first word in the subject line in order to trigger a ticket in SD.

How can I access the email template, javascript or rule to change the subject line?
