Empty power supply bay's???

I have HPSIM up and running, but the fine tuning is still going on. When I went over to look at our rack yesterday, I saw that two power supplies were down. HPSIM shows that the bays are empty. What as I missing???

You are not missing anything. This is a known problem which is fixed in the upcoming SIM 5 SP3 release due out next week.

Not yet, but I'll be calling HP tonight to pick their brains. I'll take some notes and post them when I some info from them.

Looks like SP3 cleared this up for me. Kind of.
The power supplies are now showing up, but the enclosure is still showing as Unknown for status

Same problem here. I contacted HP about this and am still waiting for a response.
