Enclosure not showing proper S/N and Product ID

I'm trying to get my enclosures to do Contract and Warranty. I see that the S/N and/or Product ID are wrong. When this happens on a server you have to reboot the server, go into the BIOS and correct/enter the information. What do you do to a P-Class and C-Class enclosure to correct this information?
