Enhanced Reports duplicate entries
I noticed that when doing an enhanced report based on Operating Systems, the pie chart has the proper amount of systems and displays the proper proportions, but the table that follows it has the Windows systems in several duplicate entries. Is this normal? is there a fix? what is causing this?

Re: Enhanced Reports duplicate entries
Hi,
Can you please explain the scenario in more detail or attach an image if possible that will allow us the issue being faced by you?
Also, the report that you are using is canned report or you have created it using "New..." button present under Enhanced Reports.
If it is canned report, is it "OS Distribution" report?
Thanks,
Arunav

Re: Enhanced Reports duplicate entries
yes, it is the canned report of OS distribution. And only the blades are showing multiple times in the table view (but the proper amount is showing in pie chart).
Unfortunately, this is in a closed environment (remote) and I can't save/copy the report.
I have tried it on two different SIM servers (it's a test environment) and both experience same thing.
