Environment variables for custom tools SIM

Hi,
I have implementing together with the customer the events management hardware coming from CMS SIM 5.02.00 and tivoli
We would managed this events with aid of the sim manage custom tool page and therefore through of the variables.
In attachment the email that the customer receveid from the sim when there is an hardware problem
Now I not succeed to find the variables that they make reference to the URL, EVENT DESCRIPTION EVENT RECEVEID ( see the technical reference guide 5.2 of the sim documentation )
Pratically I can use only some variables.
Please can you help me ?
