Error Opening Client SMH via SIM Console w/win2k3

I have been installing the SIM agents on a lot of servers. I have found 2 consistant issues.
1st-Trying to get to the SMH via the central console on every Win2003 box I put the agents on I get this error "HP Systems Insight Manager is unable to launch the System Management Home Page at:
https://172.30.8.30:2381/" the URL it's trying to go to is "https://172.16.1.15:50000/mxportal/home/MxManagementURLLaunch.jsp?target=172.30.8.30&URL=https://172.30.8.30:2381/" I can get there if I go directly to the server via "https://172.30.8.30:2381"
Any clue why I can't from the CIM console??
