Event ID 3072 Foundation Agent (Warning)

We migrated one server DL380 to Bl460c (Physical to Physical) using HP SMP 3.5 Universal edition.

After migration there are many warning events in destination server (Blade)

Event ID 3072 (Foundation Agent)
Component: Software Version Agent
Error: Could not read from the registry sub-key.
Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or a low memory condition. Rebooting the server may correct this error.

Any solution for this?

You might run diagnostics on it. We had this same error on one of our servers and it was actually memory going bad.

Hi,

I am having the issue with the same warning specified above. IS there a chance of a reboot of a server just because of this warning.
I ran the diagnositics I am not able to analyze this.

My server never rebooted during the entire time this error showed. However, if you memory does actually goes bad (like we had happen last week to one server) that server will go down.

We have the same issue. Also after migration with X2P (HP Server Migration Pack) from DL380 to BL460.
