Events/SNMP vs Manage System tyoe

[HP Sutems Insight Manag]

I have compiled and registered 2 MIBs
The first

Netbotz.mib
this MIB dose not show any info under Events/SNMP howeverver in manage system types - retrieve MIB I can drop down the MIB variable name

The secon

Netbotzv2.mib
This is the exact opisite in that there is all the info in Events/SNMP but I can not get any variables in manage system types

I have am having problems eting traps into events with the Netbotz aplliance, some work, some don't and I think this might have something to do with it. Devices using Netbotz.mib work and the Netbotzv2.mib do not.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

At a guess the Netbotzv2 is an SNMP V2 MIB, which I don't think is supported in HPSIM.

You may need to do a bit of digging through the docs.

I ran the MIB through MIB Smithy so I knwo I have a V1 MIB now, I can compile and add, but it still will not give me any events under events or manage system tyoes
