Fail to recongize server model via HP Management HomePage
I used to query the server hardware information via HP System Management Homepage. Two days ago, I have been no longer able to query server hardware information via HP System Management HomePage and my HP SIM can't manage it, either. Even the server model can't be recongized, pls refer to attached screen snapshot.
My server is HP Blade BL20pG3 and OS is Win2k+SP4
Any ideas to fix?

Re: Fail to recongize server model via HP Management HomePage
Hello Terence.
Try to stop the HP version Control Agent service then log on again.

The problem still exists even after rebooting the server.

Re: Fail to recongize server model via HP Management HomePage
Based on the timeout message and the fact that HPSIM does not recognize it - it looks like the SNMP settings have been changed and no longer work. I would suggest you verify that the SNMP settings are correct for that system.
