'Fatal Error' - HP Web Agents/homepage
I'm running HP System Management Homepage v2.1.15.210
When I try to either clear IML entries or 'Mark as Repaired' I get the following error:
Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'ginkgoprop.inc' (include_path='') in C:\hp\hpsmh\data\smhutil\ginkgoset.inc on line 10
I do not know what to add to this (existing) file in order to correct this problem. Please advise. Thank you.

Re: 'Fatal Error' - HP Web Agents/homepage
Is there a file 'ginkgoprop.inc' in the same directory - there should be.
You could try copying one from another server.
Or you could go to the IML GUI, under Programs-> HP System Tools and clear the entries from there.
You might want to reinstall the SMH to correct the issue.

Re: 'Fatal Error' - HP Web Agents/homepage
Thank you. Yes, the file was there. I have the same issue on another server, and instead of reinstalling the Homepage component, I just cleared via GUI/IML viewer and that worked fine. Points assigned; thanks.
