File System Space Used not showing at all

Hi I am new to using HPSIM and have a problem running the logical disk drive usage report.

I am running management agents 7.7 on HPSIM 5.0 SP5

On one of my servers (win2003 SP1,when in the Homepage the Operating System square is greyed out and when I go into the File System Space Used it is displaying No Volume, as per attachment. It was displaying at one point but has stopped. It was running agents 7.6 and I updated to 7.7 hoping that this would fix the problem but it hasn't. It has also stopped recording the processor utilisation

Any ideas.

Sounds like SNMP is not setup correctly on the managed node. Can you confirm SNMP community string and allowed hosts are setup correctly?

SNMP is set up exactly the same as the other servers, which are reporting ok. It used to display ok but now has stopped working.
