File System Space Used not showing
Hi I am new to HPSIM and have a problem with one server not displaying the File System Space Used.
This server is Windows 2003 SP1 and is running management agents 7.7 on HPSIM 5.0 SP5. In the Management Home Page the Operating System box has a grey border (all the other boxes have a green border and tick)as per attachment. When you go into the File System Space Used view it is reporting the volume as none (see attachment, there is also a problem with the processor utilisation (again attachment).
This happened whilst running management agents 7.6 and I updated to 7.7 to see if this would fix the problem, but it hasn't. I noticed that it stopped appearing in the Logical Disk Usage report. I have rebooted the server but to no avail.
Can anyone help.
Many thanks

Re: File System Space Used not showing
When you upgraded, did you apply the entire PSP or just update the agents?

Re: File System Space Used not showing
Hi Rob,
I applied the whole PSP but as I said it had stopped working before applying the update.
