I have the same issue - Win 2003.

I don't have the luxury of being able to go back to 7.51 ....

Does anyone know the status of a fix?

I also had this problem with one of my servers running 2003.
After I upgraded to 7.7 version, the issue went away.

I also had this problem with one of my servers running 2003. I never had the problem with 2000.
After I upgraded to 7.7 version, the issue went away.
