File System Space Used showing up as none

On the device homepage under Tasks -> Operating System ->File System Space Used all i am seeing in "none" ? this was working but has jut stopped recently. I am seeing this on multiple servers. I have tried restarting agents /snmp and all restarted and came back up but i still am getting the same error. As a result some disk thresholds did not report causing the disk to fill up and cause problems.
Any ideas on why this stopped working and how can i get it back operational. PSP ver is 7.60A
