Filter PMP alerts
In our setup we are using performance management pack on a number of servers. Everything is working fine, the only problem is we receive a lot of alerts from PMP that the servers have a high paging rate. Now, this is normal in our situation and we do not want to be modified anymore of this particular alert. How can we filter this alert or change its importance ?

Re: Filter PMP alerts
I think you can use Options -> Events -> Event Filter Settings for this situation.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Filter PMP alerts
Event filter Settings are settings to change a severeness or a system at once. What I want is to change the importance of one event. In Options > Events > SNMP Trap settings I can change the severeness for every event, but not for the performance management pack events. If anyone manages to see the pmp alerts in that list it's ok

Re: Filter PMP alerts
Those are the traps based event & can be configured, but I think PMP generates these events programmatically, based on certain criteria & thus can't be configured at SIM level.
Thanks.
Thanks.
