Force uninstall/reinstall of RSSWM

Hi there,

I'm reinstalling SIM after trying to upgrade to 5.3 and discovering that my RSSWM doesn't work. I get the attached error1.jpg - "On launch" error when I try to launch it. When I try to uninstall it from the Start Menu item (since I can't find an Add/Remove Programs item) I get error1.jpg - "On uninstall" error. I had RSP A.05.20 installed, but now I can't uninstall it or download it again to reinstall. If anyone has any ideas on how to proceed, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Okay, I'm just a tool. I reinstalled the Openview Configuration Management Agent from .\SIM53-win\rsswm\Installer\win32 and I can now install and uninstall RSSWM with reckless abandon.
