HIM SIM cannot detect proliant G8 servers name

Hello,

I have an issue with HP SIM. HIM SIM cannot detect proliant G8 servers name.

To discover proliant G8 servers I provide server's iLo IP. HP SIM is able to identify server, it show health status, product description, servers ip (windows os), etc. All servers has windows OS  with HP agentless management service installed and joined to domain.

From HP SIM server I am able to resolve proliant G8 servers names (ping -a server_IP). Instead of server name HP SIM shows servers serial number.

How can I resolve this issue?

I have Gen8 servers and HP SIM 7.2. SNMP configured in iLO, Agentless Management Service installed on servers.

If I specify for discovery only address of active Onboard Administrator, SIM doesn't determine servers names.

If I specify address range of all servers iLO in enclosure, SIM determines servers names.
