HP Insight Agents: Listening Port

I am trying to determine which agent(s) listen on port 2381...and it does not seem to be consistent (i.e. not always the same agent)

What determines this?

Each of the 'agents' (Insight agent, version control agent, version control repository manager, survey, etc.) was designed to be installed independently. Because of this, whichever one may be installed first or even just by happenstance be the first one loaded as the OS comes up becomes the 'master' and grabs port 2301/2381 and is the 'proxy' by which the other agents communicate. More correctly, it is the 'master' agent's HTTP server that does this, not the agent itself.
