HP Insight Manager Down

Hi,
I am having trouble with our HP Insight manager. The log-in page works fine but after i log in i get the HTTP:500 error. I am attaching a pic.

HP Insight needs aattention in our enviroment. We update the agent on all the serfers recently. There are over 34K events in the managet. One question I had was how can I delete all those events.

What version of HPSIM?
If 5.3 search the forum as there are a couple of threads on Java errors in 5.3.

There are also some Hotfixes available. There are some issues that involve RSP.

There's a task you can enable that deletes older events.

Version is C.05.03.00
If you know what is causing the error can you please tell me what article to look at or what hot fix needs to applied. I appreciate your response.

Was a thread on Java errors.
I actually logged a call and as well as the Hotfix53_001 available from the HPSIM Download site (www.hp.com/go/hpsim) I've also been provided with Hotfix53_002. You may need to log a call to get that now or just wait until it gets to the website.

Thank you for the info. I atleast am able to get HP SIM online again. I still have to look into the Hot Fixes. I hope it resolves the issue.

As far as clearing the events are concerned you mentioned there is a utility? Can you please let me what that is.
