HP Insight Remote Support (7.0.5) is starting up, please try again later..

Used to work fine and for the first time in months we need to look at something it is no longer working.

Rebooted server and re/started services no difference.

 

Tried to upgrade to 7.0.8 but it fails installing the 7.0.5 patches.

 

From event viewer: Product: HP Insight Remote Support, v7.0.5.0233 -- Error 25531. Failed to open XML file C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\CONFIG\logback.xml, system error: -2147024786

 

Not sure if the 2 are related. Just wanted to get IRS working again

 

As anyone got any idea?

Fixed the problem myself by removing 7.05 and installing 7.08
