HP ProLiants now showing as Cisco equipment

I'm looking at a SIM server where HP ProLiant servers have been successfully monitored by SIM for some time.  However recently we have seen a large proportion of servers been reassigned as Cisco devices. The iLOs have become disassociated with their parent server.   Servers with hardware issues are now reporting no errors.

Has anyone seen this issue before or have any ideas on what might be causing it or know where to look? (mx.log doesn't appear to shed any light on it).

I would gues there is something wrong with your mib files. If you install a mib update or hotfix for SIM all mibs should get overwritten. After some time the identification job should fix your problems
Kind regards,
