HP SIM 5.0 /w SP5 upgrade to HP SIM 5.2
I am using HP SIM 5.0 with SP2 and following build #:
Version: Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP5 - Windows
Build version: C.05.00.02.00
With following plug-in installed in SIM 5.0
HP Performance Management Pack 4.1
HP Virtual Machine Management Pack 2.1
HP BladeSystem Integrated Manager 2.1
HP Server Migration Pack 2.1
I am planning to perform in-place upgrade of HP SIM 5.0 to 5.2.
I am using HP SIM 5.0 bundled DB.
Is any precaution or extra care required during the upgrade?
Will my current configuration such as "Users and Authorizations", "Automatic Event handling" and so on be retained after upgrade?
Can anyone share the information and experience?
Thanks.
