How can I integrate the MSA 1500 in the Insight Manager? With agent must install on this Host?

You have to install the SMI-S provider on the SIM CMS. It will collect the information from the MSA.

Give it the HP StorageWorks Modular Smart Array SMI-S Provider also for vmware environment? Our MSA is connectet with two esx server.

I don't think there is nay linux based smi-s provider for the MSA. Therefore, in your case, you will need to connect a windows server to the MSA and install the provider on it to be able to manage it through HP SIM.
