HP SIM 5.2 SP2 Browser Crash

Hi
2-3 times a day my browser session with HP SIM crashes with:

"Communication with the HP SIM server has been lost.

If the server has stopped, restart it. If the server restarted because it was upgraded, first restart your browser. After verifying that the server is running, sign in again."

Sometimes it reconnects with a refresh, other times I have to close the session and logon again.

Any clues as to why this is happening and how to fix it?
