HP SIM 5.2 and PMP 4.7 Missing servers
Hi!!
I have a HP SIM 5.2 running on Win 2003 standard Ed. Everything installed with ICE 2.20 except RDP. In PMP 4.7 on the Monitoring Administration page it stated that 138 servers is availible for monitoring.
Server 1-100 on page 1 and the rest on page 2.
But when I click on page 2 a new page appear says that "No Records Found".
So now I am not able to monitor servers 101-138??
Is this a bug or is it someway to fix it??
Best Regards
/Micke Christenson

Re: HP SIM 5.2 and PMP 4.7 Missing servers
You can check the running status of PMP by going through pmplog.txt (in PMP installation path). If that file is not there, you can create an empty file with the same name & PMP will populate that.
Also verify by visiting PMP_Discovered_Server & PMP_Monitored_Server tables.
Thanks.
