HP SIM 5 Customized System group issue
I have been having issues with updating customized system groups. It seems that once you initially create a custom group, if you update it in any way the group no longer can by dynamically shown. I read somewhere that this was a bug. Just wondering if this is true and if it has been resolved.

Re: HP SIM 5 Customized System group issue
We had reported this to HP a while back and it was found to be a bug. I have not heard it being resolved. I havent tried a Service Pack (Yet) though.. A fix might be in there..

Re: HP SIM 5 Customized System group issue
Thanks,
But according to the 5.0 SP2 full install, it claims that if I have 5.0 there there is no need to do the re-install of the 5.0 SP2 so I don't believe that theres a fix.
Anyone else have this problem?

Re: HP SIM 5 Customized System group issue
Yes we are experiencing the same issue. We are running 5.0 SP5.
According to the documentation, when you creat the system group based on a collection it is static. You will have to go back to the authorizations page and perform an update, to get new items to display.
This is a little inconvient. Hopefully HP will resolve this soon.
