HP SIM 6.2 Not Collecting Information for HP ProLiant DL380p Gen8

Greetings, we are new to HP servers, we have 8 HP Servers 6 are HP ProLiant DL380p Gen8 (iLO4 Advanced, Firmware 1.40) and 2 HP ProLiant DL980p Gen7 (iLO3 Advanced, Firmware 1.28) all of them are running Oracle Linux 5.10. We have created a virutal machines with Windows Server 2008 R2 and we have installed HP SIM (C.06.02.00.00 and 2010-09-23 13:00). We ran the discovery and all the servers gave the same minor error (Identification cannot get computer system hardware data from the WBEM / WMI providers. and The system did not respond to WS-Management (WS-Man) request. and The Secure Shell key-based access authentication is not configured on the system(s). and System Management Homepage (SMH) is not installed or is not responding on the system(s).). The servers are appearing in the SIM itnerface but with no information from the servers. Is there any configuration or missing requirements are needed in order to collect the required information.

6.2 will no doubt not have the MIBs for the Gen8s. Is there any reason you can't upgrade?
